Google CPOD Development Week is a collaborative workshop between Google and Columbia University’s Teachers College, focused on advanced principles of organization development. Designed for executives, the program blends evidence-based models and a systems framework to deliver a rigorous, engaging experience that enhances leadership and organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Sarah Brazaitis is Associate Professor of Practice and M.A. Program Coordinator for Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Matthew H. Tye is the Director of Organizational Development and Leadership at the NoVo Foundation.
We transformed instructors' existing presentations into Google's corporate template, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal. The project involved adapting the content to Google's design standards, incorporating cohesive layouts, graphics, and visual elements to enhance clarity and engagement for Google's executive audiences.
