Executive Masters of Arts (XMA) Program in Change Leadership, offered by Teachers College, Columbia University, is designed to help individuals and organizations increase their capacity for initiating, managing and sustaining workplace change efforts in increasingly complex and global environments. This project was an endeavor to design a visually stunning and credible presentation that conveys the program's excellence and positions it as a top-tier choice for aspiring change leaders in the professional realm.

Key tasks involved creating a captivating branded template that exudes professionalism, sophistication, and the prestige associated with an Ivy League institution. The template served as the visual foundation for the presentation, reinforcing the program's identity and creating a cohesive visual experience. We strategically integrated visually appealing elements, including engaging graphics, polished images, and refined diagrams, to elevate the presentation's aesthetic quality and enhance its overall impact. These elements were carefully chosen to resonate with the target audience of working professionals who are seeking advanced education in change leadership. The presentation makeover focused not only on visual appeal but also on crafting a persuasive narrative that effectively communicates the unique value proposition and benefits of the program. By combining compelling visuals with compelling content, we aimed to captivate the attention of prospective students, inspire their interest, and ultimately encourage them to consider the program as their educational pathway for career advancement.
